Terms of Service

Term meaningsProduct = anything bought from me
Deadline = after commission closed
Commission = Process to make the product

By commissioning me, you agree to pay the agreed price.

1. Intro

If you commission me, by default you accept all terms and conditions listed.

You may not use any product from me, unless you have given necessary payment. You have to give payment within 48 hours of the final product, or risk legal action, unless stated otherwise.

2. Revisions

You may request up to 3 minor revisions after your commission closes.Note: after 72 hours of your commission closing, you may no longer request any revisions

2.1 Refunds

Commissions are non-refundable, unless i deem otherwise, cancel the commission, i go 3 days over your given deadline, or required by law.If you go over a week without communication, or ghost me, your commission may be closed without refund.

3. Use of Service

You may not request me to make work for any of the following:
NSFW/Adult content, Commercial distribution/re-distribution, AI training/NFTs, discrimination and/or hate speach.

3.1 Intellectual Property

You cannot claim my work as your own, or resell it.
